- Custom and personalized products may require additional time for production.
- You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times vary by location.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Carriers:
- We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, etc., to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment.
International Shipping:
- We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Delays:
- While we strive for prompt delivery, there may be delays due to factors outside our control, such as weather, customs, or shipping carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you, however, we are not responsible for carrier's delay due to any reasons.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
- Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders given / shipped to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Please always inspect upon package delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please work with carrier on such issues. We will assist as we could.
